I will update you when I finish but so far, it's a good book for its concept (particularly the twin idea) - but, it's not a stellar representation of ED particularly because the first p narrator is sick & therefore unreliable about some things. It's absolutely explicit about methods/numbers/etc which is not the best
Finished - comment above still stands. I'd recommend getting it from the library, not buying
