I'm really impressed with the author's printed apology for bullying another child when she was in junior high school. Bullying is a huge issue that's getting a lot of news coverage right now, but as a kid that was on the receiving end, I believe that there needs to be more action and more involved parents teaching their kids how to be good people and how to effectively communicate.
