The book portrays a man cought in a stereotype environment for the described period (Slovak comunist time). Similar to Yugoslavia in the same period. It is an ironic, tragicomical and pleasing read.

But what creeps me out the most is that I can compare it to present times in Croatia (2021)...the government jobs/state of mind have the same characteristics...
