I'm gonna say it will hold up. I'm not a Balogh fan anymore but this was, IMO, one of her better and less cookie-cutter stories.
I'm not a Balogh fan, though I did love this book years ago.
I’m not die-hard Balogh, but a few of her books are in my top HR shelves. I feel like she could do this story justice. This is one of the few Balogh books from her backlists I’ve not read so I’ll be curious about your thoughts.
