I usually try to keep a steady pace of one-tenth a day, with my books - but it's Lloyd Alexander out of them all that does the best job at tempting me for one more chapter.

And then maybe one more.

Man, can even regular common folk come across as mean in his books. But it makes it all the sweeter when the protagonist finally finds someone that's actually friendly. Good stuff.
