2/5 for Jack the Ripper. Not the best story. Didnt hold me.

The Honeymoon of Mrs Smith isn't nearly as cutting as a standard Shirley Jackson tale. Probably the weakest in the collection (imo)

Paranoia gets 2/5 stars and is quite forgetable compared to the first two tales in the collection.

The Possibility of Evil has to be one of the best stories to open a collection on ever. Sets the tone perfectly for what's to come. Loving re-reading these classics already.

Irene Well Worth A Read I bought this last year and still haven't got around to reading it lol. Is it good? I've only ever read The Lottery

Yeah, it's ace. Just finished it. Seven of the Seventeen stories were five stars (for me). I don't think the collection is as strong as The Lottery and Other Stories, but it's still worth the read.

Louisa Please Come Home and All She Said Was Yes were my two faves.

Great! I can't wait to read it now. I need to move it higher in the TBR
