I just got to the part where he stops Chaser from chasing cars and I had to put the book down. I don't care how you sugar coat it, that was a severe form of punishment that involved the dog running to the end of a 15 foot line and jerking to stop, he adds another big jerk on the line and then scruffs the dog. I'm not sure if I want to read more.
