Torn, I want to feel good about the book, but the suspense is building and I'm not sure what I'm waiting to happen. This story could take a twist in any direction, but it makes the relationship have less focus. I'm in it for the romance and I'm ready for the celibacy bit to end.

The scene where the main characters meet reminded me of the scene with Gideon Cross, but only for moment. there are all these suspenseful dramatic things happening and I don't want to stop reading.

So far introduced to the characters and setting, minus Nathan Weber, whom I'm dying to meet. The book reminds me a little of Safe Haven, because of the abusive cop, but there already big differences.
