Haven’t updated my progress at all, whoops.
I love this book, I like that the more I read it and the series I get past the initial omg they’re all so amazing and start to see the characters for who they really are. Tamlin is just an outright coward, nothing else. That’s what fuels him and how he lives and survives. Lucien is the same but at least he sees differently when he realises what’s up.

The opening chapter of ACOTAR will always be one of my all time favourites. I'll never forget how much my heart was racing the first time I ever read it.

The sound of Lucien having to remove the head from the statue makes me feel sick. There’s so much that happens in this first book that I forget about.
