Diana West, along with Dean Henderson, is my favorite non-fiction writer...in both The Red Thread and American Betrayal she takes you on a journey, states her theories with logic & history to back them up, always throws in a little dash of her family/personal life so you know where she's coming from, and, her prose is a comfortable move-along read...I'm reading Grown-Up only because Diana wrote it....
