I have flipped through this book many times, read a recipe here and a recipe there, but I thought I should read it properly to get the little fun introductions and also a good sense of what I have to choose from for the future. This weekend I plan to make two of the pies (and I made one a few weeks ago) It seems to be a really nice book!
