Faizal Westcott
Faizal Westcott is finished
After reading the majority of this book I've concluded that the majority of the book is fiction yet the author says it isn't. It would have been better if the author had just made it clear it was fictional and had written it as a fiction novel.

When reading this book the author states that this is all nonfiction which is hard to believe because in the beginning of the book he said that he did not keep a diary or any logs during his time serving, yet everything is so detailed.

I'm glad that I am into this book because so far it really tells a story of the narrator as he goes through training and his first mission.

The book starts off with a preface describing the conflict in Vietnam. The chapter beings with the narrator, a veteran, visiting the Vietnam memorial and having memories of the past.
