An epic in its scope of crossing years but I don't feel a connection with the events that passed in relation to the subsequent chapters. Amy is alone but whatever bond she had with the FBI agent hasn't any meaning except as a vague feeling she knew a man. Auntie is so far removed from the little girl on the train that it seems those events carried little weight with her. She's now simply an odd eccentric old lady.
