I first thought this was a kind of joke and I was going to read about some guy from the barehand era of pro ball. No. This guy began in the Oriole system in 1956 and was considered to be the fastest ever by guys like "Sudden Sam: McDowell - the fastest of his generation. The problem is that Dalko never made the bigs. He walked as many as he struck out and he struck out a lot of guys.
