the pace of this books is impeccable. it’s so smooth and gentle and easy to read. the descriptions and romance is also so dreamy and light and lovely, this is pacing towards a 4.5 star read, possibly 5. the only flaw i can really point out, for me, is the overuse of the term “save for the ____”, and the pacing at the begging of the book felt rather lethargic and empty.
