A group of disturbed children being encouraged and forced by a sick, psychotic, deranged woman into torture and humiliating a young teenage girl named Meg. Her little sister Susan was forced to watch and endure her own punishments. The story had many dark and twisted turns, but it mainly involved a small bomb-shelter like room in the basement. Where the poor girl was striped, beaten, gagged, and eventually killed.
