Melissa > Status Update

Started this in January and have been going in spurts. The story idea is good, but the author fails to make interesting characters. There's a lot of technical infodumping in lieu of character description and development. I want to continue but I'm also kinda bored. I like a balance of good characterization along with other things like information impartation and plot progress.
