I’m also annoyed by the way most of Hope’s sentences s-start l-like t-this. No, she doesn’t have a speech impediment. This is just how we know Hope is timid and wary, along with near constant flinching and crying. I get it. She’s been through a lot but do we have to read every mind-numbing instance of this even when it doesn’t advance the story?
