Another evening reading about books instead of reading books. sigh... what is wrong with me?

Also a big thing for me: Organizing my books instead of reading them. Organizing them on GR shelves, in Calibre, and on my real-life bookshelves in the case of print books. 🙄
Yeah, I do that too. Mostly on Goodreads and Calibre. I usually just stare at my bookshelves and try to figure what to do with them without actually doing anything.
LOL that sounds all too familiar. I always prefer organizing things virtually rather than IRL. But I'm currently in the midst of a enormous (once in a lifetime, really) reorg/cleanup/declutter project, and it has involved getting rid of books, moving books and bookcases, and liberating books that had spent the last decade in boxes. So now I'm enjoying the rare pleasure of being satisfied by how my real-life books are organized on my shelves.
I'm spending my afternoon at https://www.paperbackswap.com/home.php going over my wishlist and adding even more books that I will read.....someday....

I'm glad to hear they're still operating. Enjoy your wishlist surfing. Some day we will read all the books... right? 🤣
