Sure it’s an optimistic take if you want to cater your breakup to a physical glow up and try to get your ex back in your life, but should any of us really want that? Where’s the focus on healing? Where’s the focus on creating your own independence? No contact should be for you to focus on you, not for him to miss you only. Idk...
