Oh, she's delirious - have no doubt of it.

And it gets worse. And of course this will end only with the last page of the book when Lizzie has a revelation...
She breaks up with the (wonderful) guy (otherwise the author would not have a story) and she cries on his shoulder!!! Seriously?! She's a complete idiot and I'm sorry that the author couldn't find a better way to develop her idea of Mr Darcy.
