Great book, straight forward and resource rich. Lots of supplementary material (contracts, checklist, courses, consultants, etc)This book is a great one to have on your desk as a reminder. The guidance in this book is invaluable. I plan on using it as a framework to create my own guidelines on evaluating real Estate deals in my anti-gentrification and affordable housing endeavors.
