I know this book is going to get wild soon, I just don't know when. I don't understand why authors slow down the pace so much in final books.

Struggling through this one now. I get the mood setting chapters are for mood setting but this far along into the story - we know how dangerous it is. I keep hitting these descriptive chapters and chunks of paragraphs and stop reading
