wow, i am so impressed by this book so far. i feel it is helping me to grow as a person and deal with my own issues myself - this is for EVERYONE! not just people who want to practice polyamory but also people who identify as monogamists, asexual and everything in between. it basically teaches you how to own your own emotions and relate to others (friends, lovers, whathaveyou) in a concious and responsible way
