What do you think of Brene so far?

I’ve had to adjust. She uses feelings and story telling. But it’s helpful because I have more vocabulary for pushing a culture in favor of something rather than trying to explain why exhaustion as a measure of self esteem is an outdated cultural norm.

I still hold a disagreement with her for how she contrasts her approach with stoicism. I like stoicism. She calls it armor. I’m currently off the opinion that whether it’s armor or not depends on the use of the stoic acceptance of some detail.
