I've been on a hamster wheel of 'challenge' reading which is exhausting and unrelenting - you never get to the finish post! I've packed those in and are bck to reading solely for me. Leo Africanus appealed to me on several levels; cover (sucker for a cover), the title - rolls of my tongue, and finally it is HF! win win win
