I'm worried. So many reviews are saying it's great, but so far I'm 0% invested. I find the characters flat and so far it's confusing yet dull. I will keep reading because so many people LOVED it

I didn't care for this at all. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because I love Seanan's other work.

That may very well end up being me. I'm just pushing through because I love the author and due to the reviews...
