I loved Crown Duel by this same author. However, I’m fighting to not put this down and never pick it up. There is so much potential in the storyline for a great book but time and time again I’m disappointed by Smith’s writing style in this book. Not to mention, the main character is just so, SO stupid. She gets herself into these situations and stumbles her way into making them so much worse. 🤦🏻‍♀️
