Just finished "Forbidden Brides of the Faceless Slaves..." and really enjoyed this short story. I feel like I can relate. :)

Sara My take was that it was atmospheric, as the Victorian England of "A Study in Emerald" is decidedly off. ;) The one on this page is my favorite, what with the vampire reference.

Jessica LOL. Huh. It just sounds kinda crazy to me. I guess it does have a feel of the Phantom of the Opera era to it, though, so I can see that. :) I will try to re-read it when I'm less sick, and I'm sure that will help A LOT! Thanks for the tip! :)
