Ultimate Snickerdoodles. Delicious. Had a minor mishap with my bottom oven rack and four of the cookies didn’t turn out, but these are so good. Soft and cinnamon and yummm. They are large cookies but I wouldn’t count it against them.

Birthday cake cookies ** good, Em and Eli both quite liked them but I wasn’t terribly impressed by them.
Peanut butter stuffed cookies *** Very yum, but not sure they’re worth the trouble vs just a plain peanut butter cookie.

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies. Quite good. My own favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe is still better, but these are a close second. ****

Inside-Out Red Velvet Cookies **
These were supposed to make 18 and only made 8 for me, the dough was fiddly and was difficult to "fill" the cookie dough. They taste okay, but not worth the trouble!
