ok, so I'm only 61 pages in, but I think this might be the best book I've ever read? I thought Raymond Carver, Chekhov, Salinger, and Borges were my favourite writers, but nobody told me that if you cross-bred all of these, you'd get this.... magical, but so human and bone-reverberatingly true. There are over 800 pages left of this book, but I'm already sad that it's so finite.
