Lakatos' lectures are fascinating. At this point, they just offer us a backdrop of the historical against which to understand Feyerabend and Lakatos and their regions of agreement in rejecting views.

Reading this to understand Lakatos and Feyerabend on philosophy of science is a mistake. The correspondence is too comprehensive to do that fully. It gives notes to those already familiar with their views. But it also characterized and contextualizes them as people.
