Honestly I am not a fan of this book. I’ll finish it but it is very repetitive and actually makes me feel as if a person who struggles with anxiety is being blamed because they don’t trust God enough. It is probably not the author’s intent but that is how it comes across to me. There are a few nuggets but I would not recommend this book.
