Mariah Woodson > Status Update

DNF. I couldn’t get past the first couple of chapters mostly due to personal reasons. In light of BLM and my stance on police abolition, I cannot enjoy anything about cops right now. I know all police officers aren’t bad but I just can’t suspend my belief and escape into such fiction at this point. Especially not about something I feel so strongly about. This author is talented I’m sure but my feelings are too much.
