I try to understand that Emma is young and she may have a short temper. Can't say I love or hate her.
The musical details are sophisicated and well described.

I believe It supposed to be a ruthless top tier violinist vs an arrogant talented student but all I feel is the student is wayyyy too arrogant and aggressive to my liking. Hope I will grow to like her.
