Jenni Lea That's so hard considering you've read EVERYTHING. Did you read the Rhys Ford books? RJ Scott's series' (she's got several)? Um, chronicles of the shifter directive by Scarlet Hyacinth? The Assassin/Shifter series by Sandrine Gasq-Dion? That one has over 20 books in the series. It is also my crack.

Sun I noticed you haven't read The Administration yet! Other than book 1 (Mind Fuck), the rest are just shorts so it's easy to get through, take a break, put it down, or just power on. Choices, choices! :) Just be warned...for many, it doesn't really pick up until Pancakes...but the build up is necessary and eventually worth it. :)

Sun Also: I'm thinking of reading The Morning Star soon if you're interested. Or if you want historicals, I'm starting Widdershins tonight. :)

Lastly: GIRL...you've got to finish PsyCop!!!! Don't read the shorts in-between. Read all the books first and then go back for the shorts. Trust me. :)

Jo Thanks Susan --- The administration is one of those that I started reading and was quasi ambivalent but that happened with both C & R and Zero/Bone both of which I went back to and are now favorites so I need to just bite the bullet and power on..you are not the first one to tell me how good it gets later on.

Oh my .. Susan I was thinking of re-reading Widdershins tonight because the reviews for the last two books are so good.. and I know I need to give psycop another chance..

Ann I'm listening to Widdershins now - I'm totally hooked. It's so good! Have you read the Bad Company or The Distance Between Us series. Those were both good contemporary ones.

Ann Hehehe - double yay for Widdershins'ing!

The narrator for it on Audible is perfect for the story!

Jo That sounds fun. It is better if you let me know when you are ready. I am like one of those horses with the blinders on when I read and forget everything that is not right in front of my face.

Two months from now you would pm me asking when we can start and I would be scratching my head in confusion.

message 12: by Ami (new)

Ami Susan will roll her eyes when I said that I 2-starred the first book of Shadow of Templar. And don't plan to read the next of the series.

Yes, Susan, I'm not really have chemistry with those series you all love (TA, SF, CP, C&R). But I promised I would give ICoS a try -- still waiting for the edited version.

message 13: by Jo (new)

Jo Hey Ami,

translate for me TA? SF? and ICoS??

I agree usually I have really specific taste but Jenni Lea always leads me right and I have noticed Susan and my ratings seem to sync pretty decently.
