Eylau. A slugging match over snowy fields. Thousands die. Napoleon is only saved by a massed cavalry charge led by Marshal Murat. This is Napoleon's first battle where he fails to achieve a strategic advantage. The indecisive battle is only a sign of the years of carnage to come. Though peace is achieved with Prussia, the empire still has many enemies...

Trafalgar, 1805. Lord Admiral Horatio Nelson once said that "England expects every man to do his duty." And he performed his duty very well, destroying the joint French-Spanish fleet at Trafalgar. Mortally wounded and dying, he leads the English fleet to victory. That ended the threat of the French Navy, and Napoleon, however strong, would be confined by those boundaries defined by Neptune.

Austerlitz, Wagram, Jena, Auerstadt, Berlin, Friedland... Napoleon scores a series of stunning victories against the coalition, as the Confederation of the Rhine is formed and Russia sues for peace. All is well for the young empire. However, overshadowed by these victories, is the bloody defeat at Trafalgar... Will the empire last this fatal blow to their navy? Nobody knows...

Napoleon becomes First Consul of France. He was just a title away from becoming the King. He was recognized as a great leader, and he attempted many reforms to make France greater. Yet, he soon crowns himself Emperor of France in front of the Pope and makes himself an enemy of many. Will the young empire last against the coalition or will it falter? We shall see,

After his promotion, Napoleon and his Army of Italy smashes through the alps, destroys Austrian and Piedmontese forces and marches throughout Italy. He is hailed as the liberator of Italy, and respected by many in France. However, he is soon out of favor with the government and pushed to the side of politics; because of that, Napoleon stages the Coup of Brumaire. I really wonder what is next in the Napoleon's life.

Napoleon graduates from the Paris military academy, and is ordered to stop some rioters outside of the government building. Napoleon, being an artillery officer decided to "give them blood if they want it" and "cleared the streets with a whiff of grapeshot". He saved the government and the young republic, but also showed his cruel side. I can't wait to see what happens next after Napoleon is promoted.
