I am listening to the audio version. I have a bout 45 minutes left. This book may change how look at and eat food. It is an interesting look into why we eat what we eat, how we should eat, and the truth about lots of food myths. Nothing earth shaking. Eat mostly fruits and veggies with whole grains, and the occasional lean meat. I highly recommend giving this book a read.
