Just received & in skimming found: "I didn't have to wait long for the Pit to work its magic. For the 1st couple of days I kept myself busy with uncontrollable shivering, though I did take the occasional break to vomit up my rancid meals. A pounding headache soon joined the party." I'm liking this author's way with words already!
