'Real Men Have Manners' was, hrmm, interesting. Possibly room for some better critical theory there. The essay on cosmopolitanism and localism was pretty neat, it suggested a third option, the 'Nested Traveler'. 'Hunger is the Best Sauce' was my favorite so far, it was an excellent discussion on Kant's aesthetics and Brillat-Savarin, offering tangible and practical theoretical conclusions. We'll see where this goes.
