I guess I had blocked out just how much Cathy infuriates me. Sarah's impression of a doormat when it comes to her mother is a big reason I didn't finish that series. It drives me insane. You're over 40 Sarah! Set a fucking boundary already. It is actually possible to respect your mother while asking for the same in return!
