This is one of those books that feels heartbreaking and like the main character has fully hit rock bottom.

The writing is beautiful. The author really captures the myth-aspect of the story. I was a bit scared going into this book because humans writing about romances with Gods could delve into fangirl levels. However, from my first impressions, I can tell that the witch and Loki do not have a great power difference. I also appreciate how Loki approaches the witch. So far, very impressed.
