I was advised by various sources that it's okay to skip parts of books. So that's what I'm doing. I'm getting into the more important details of the book.

The book is right. Greek religion is hard to understand. Particularly the opening chapter of this book.

I'm starting over. I'm trying to understand the info on Greek Society first then religion second. It's important info.

This is very hard to understand. Religion is complicated. A lot of big words are used in this book.

Decided to skip the introduction where it tells the facts about the book. I'm more interested in the facts about Greek religion.
