nothing wrong with this book but the miscommunication and desperate need for therapy makes me so uneasy like so many plot points have me wondering why THIS particular event was chosen as necessary to the story. I guess its just not my cup of tea. I see the worth of this empirically but it’s just got my stomach in knots.

no i don't get it lol there is so much boundary crossing, elimination of information, bad blood, and weird dynamics idkkkkkk main character's sister is getting married to mc's ex's sister and i think this book is a romance between mc and her ex as well???? okay....... weird weird weird
