The first one is Dissever. It is free on Amazon Prime right now for Kindle users.
The rest I bought, but I found them definitely worth buying. There is a free Ebook section on Good reads as well, plus A lot of authors like to give out books just to get a review. That is how I have been able to read so many AWESOME books. I found that most of the authors on here are pretty good.
