There Was a Little Girl-Really liked this artist's imaginings...Pat-a-Cake-Loved the aliens!...Hush, Little Baby-Really enjoyed the dialogue and illustrations... Looking back, I liked a variety of styles, not just the ones with added dialogue. Overall, I really enjoyed this book. I was actually disappointed a few of the rhymes weren't longer; I would have liked more frames drawn in some of the styles. :)

Read last night: The Owl and the Pussy-Cat-Fantastic illustrations...The Itsy Bitsy Spider-Simple yet creepy...There Was a Crooked Man-Fun!...Georgie Porgie-Funny...Solomon Grundy-Simple; very dark....Rock-a-Bye Baby-Baby as lamb with a wolf helping the rhyme progress worked great!...This Little Piggy-Fun and funny little vignettes...Mary Had a Little Lamb-Why was its fleece dirty gray and not "white as snow"?

Read last night: The Donkey-Simple but fun...Hickory, Dickory, Dock-Really liked this artist's imagining for this classic rhyme...If All the Seas Were One Sea-Too busy; overwhelming...Girls and Boys, Come Out to Play-Fun to follow the paths of the words...There Was an Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe-Old Woman as babysitter?! Fun!...The Queen of Hearts-Loved the imagined dialogue...Jack Be Nimble-Very cute...
