Ahhh!! This is so mundane! I'm about to tap out! We are storing groceries away with idle chat about work and groceries. What kind of paranormal fantasy is this?!

That was beyond stupid, it was suicidal! Her friends are telling her it's a bad idea, she knows on some level it's a bad idea, she doesn't tell anyone where she's going, hardly has means of protection, had a previous encounter that should indicate the hostility she'll be met with. This is a death wish or a her common sense flat lining. I'm Beyond words...

Wow... Skip the drunken night so we can be told about it. This book is all tell and no show. I crave action of any kind! Please.

No one really has a personality and nothing has really happened in this book...

They're not coy at all. In fact that was a little too forward. Where's the charm?

So far we're info dumped about the world and the characters around us. It doesn't work all that well because we have no connection or investment in these characters. There's a lot of mystery and past but no compulsion to know and that might be a problem.
