We jumped right into action from the first chapter. This is an epic fantasy with a gay MC, rather than a mm romance with fantasy elements. Which is exactly to my liking. I still wish for some romance to sweeten the plot. Don't need too much though. I'm having a feeling this book is leaning more to YA.
