A bit annoyed by the fact that the notion of coureur des bois seems to be mixed up with homme des bois/bûcheron/cageux. Coureur des bois were traders with Indigenous people, mainly for fur products. Homme des bois/bûcheron were the lumberjacks (and cageux were the loggers). But I'm glad to be back with Inspector Gamache once again.
