I always get a chuckle when I read and/or see what is clearly intended to be a real-world brand, but they change one letter to avoid offending the trademark gods. i.e - Veuters and CMN discussing the unfolding zombie outbreak.

The zombie tank battle was reasonably well done though a death scene seemed shoe-horned in. As though the author simply wanted to include it, despite the fact that it relied entirely on the character in question making a highly questionable choice. *shrugs*
For me, Max Brooks' Battle of Yonkers remains the gold standard for "modern high tech army vs trad zombie" fight.

Chugging along. So far, so zombie.
My only complaint: no page numbers. Not sure if this is just the version I have (I'm reading print) but it's a major PITA to return to my spot when my kids liberate the bookmark.

Zombies promised. Zombies delivered.
Deals more at the organization level, and explores how various government components - specifically the military - would respond to a crisis... written in 2019 by the way.
Plenty of action, so I have no complaints.

So far, so good. Jumping around between events, with no main character. Not a problem for me, but I can see where that would not be everyone's cup of tea.
Worth noting: the author recreates the famous bunker scene from Downfall using everyone's favorite hermit kingdom dictator... not sure if that was mean to be a funny nod, but I laughed.
